* All products you buy on worldsnew.com are allowed to exchange or return. You only have one time to exchange products that you have placed incorrectly in size, style, or color. If you want to return a product that does not belong to the case. You will be charged 30% for your order. HOW CAN CUSTOMERS RETURN THEIR PRODUCTS?

Customers must return their product
By Mail

  • For Defective Products: This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

Exchange:

(We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed.)

  • Please reset the new order according to the size, style, color, or design you want to exchange.
  • After you receive the shirt you need to exchange it. Please return the address 1208 S Vermont Ave, Boise, ID 83706 USA. (note your order number or email order so that we can process your order upon receipt of the return package.)
  • When the tracking status shows that the package has been successfully sent back. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following title and content:
  • Subject: Exchange Order XXXX (XXXX is the number of orders you need to exchange.)
  • Content: Tracking number or link to view delivery status.
  • After confirming that the package has been entered, we will refund the money to your account. (excluding shipping fees)

Return:

Refund
PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to the PayPal account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though it usually doesn’t take that long.
